Vintage Tavern Ops LLC is a hospitality company that operates Vintage Tavern, a renowned restaurant located in Suffolk, Virginia. Established in 2003, Vintage Tavern has become a cherished dining destination, offering a unique "Seasonally Southern" culinary experience emphasizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The restaurant's menu showcases a variety of Southern dishes, reimagined with authenticity and passion. Signature offerings include the "Taste of Southern Goodness" sampler, featuring homemade biscuits, house-made sausages, shaved Virginia ham, deviled eggs, and house-made spreads like strawberry jam.

Seasonal entrees such as oven-baked flounder with herb-onion spoon bread and lemon brown butter sauce highlight the kitchen's commitment to using the freshest, in-season ingredients.

The ambiance of Vintage Tavern features rustic arts and crafts architecture including exposed beams and Rumford fireplaces in each dining room.
