Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of fine dining service experience
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and fine dining protocols
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
  • Commitment to providing outstanding guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred five years fine dining service history
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Ability to remain on feet for eight hours at a time

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional fine dining service to guests
  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails, fine wines, and champagnes
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and drink offerings
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
