Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum five years of fine dining service experience
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and fine dining protocols
Excellent communication skills
Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
Commitment to providing outstanding guest service

Job Qualifications

Preferred five years fine dining service history
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Ability to remain on feet for eight hours at a time
