  • experience in upscale or hospitality-driven restaurants strongly preferred
  • strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
  • ability to stay organized and composed during busy services

  • team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest dining experience
  • take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently

  • maintain strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and daily specials
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations
  • process payments accurately and follow all responsible alcohol service standards
