Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
