Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations of menu items, wines, and specials to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages while checking in with guests regularly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the dining area and workstations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints or special requests courteously
- Process payments efficiently and accurately while ensuring guest satisfaction
