Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- previous restaurant experience preferred but optional
- ability to read and understand instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to present information effectively
- ability to perform basic math
- must have food handler certification
- must have TABC certification
- exceptional hygiene and grooming
- ability to stand and walk constantly
- ability to stoop, kneel occasionally
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environments
- willingness to attend team meetings

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- make guests feel comfortable and cared for
- answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services
- take and enter food and beverage orders
- deliver food and beverages promptly
- prepare bills and process payments
- perform side work as required
- monitor guests' dining experience
- respond promptly to requests and communicate feedback
- assist fellow servers
