Job Duties
- ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- practice positive public relations and maintain an inclusive environment
- anticipate and respond to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- assist other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding guest service
- understand product specifications and ensure receipts match guests dining in party
- perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- report equipment and facility issues to management
- follow correct table bussing procedures
- adhere to safe work practices to protect self and others
- perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- comply with local health department laws
