Job Requirements
- Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work at a quick pace
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly greeting
- Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap
- Present menu and answer questions about menu items
- Explain preparation methods and table-side serving concept
- Take and serve beverage and dessert orders
- Communicate special meat requests to the Churrasqueiros
- Place orders with cashiers and process payments
- Assist other servers as needed
- Complete beginning and closing shift duties
