Job Requirements
- Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work at a quick pace
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Flexibility to perform opening and closing shift duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a server or waiter/waitress role is beneficial
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about Brazilian cuisine and churrasco methods
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly verbal greeting
- Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap
- Present menu and answer questions regarding menu items
- Explain preparation methods and the continuous tableside serving concept
- Take and serve beverage and dessert orders
- Communicate special meat requests to churrasqueiros
- Place orders with cashiers for payment processing
- Assist other servers when appropriate
- Complete opening or closing shift duties
