Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- team player mentality
- prior restaurant service experience preferred but not required due to training program
- physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking

Job Duties
- Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection
- know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs
- make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS
- deliver food and beverage orders to standard
- communicate regularly with and respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests
- provide exemplary service including refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations
- remain flexible during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
