- Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

- Experience in a fast-paced dining environment
- Basic math skills for order processing
Job Duties
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly verbal greeting
- Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap
- Present the menu and answer questions regarding menu items
- Explain the preparation methods and continuous table side serving concept
- Take and serve beverage and dessert orders
- Communicate any special meat requests to Churrasqueiros
- Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment
- Assist other servers when appropriate
- Complete beginning and closing shift duties
