Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring a warm and memorable experience
- Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Uphold quality standards by serving scratch-made dishes and maintaining knowledge of the menu
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Promote Ted's Montana Grill's values and "Big Sky Spirit" through genuine hospitality
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
