Job Duties
- Provide exemplary guest service by delivering the Big Sky Moments experience
- Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
