Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Gets along great with people
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior full-service restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and positive attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver timely service ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of server stations and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service problems promptly
- Process payments and contribute to accurate cash handling procedures
