Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to quality and presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any complaints or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
