Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- take accurate food and drink orders and enter them promptly into the system
- deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and courteously
- monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests or complaints
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely service
- process guest payments accurately and thank guests for their patronage
