Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar
- deliver food and beverages in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction
- maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to answer guest questions
- handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- process guest payments accurately and thank guests for their patronage
