Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays and weekends
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capacity to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
Job Qualifications
- Have a few years of experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment
- The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends should be doable
- Love working as a team
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Willingness to learn and participate in development programs
Job Duties
- Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection
- Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs
- Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings
- Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS
- Delivery of food and beverage orders are to standard
- Communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests
- Provide exemplary service to include refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations
- Flexible during shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
