- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends
- previous experience serving or bartending is an asset
- strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- demonstrate time management and organizational skills
- able to work well under pressure
- highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

Job Duties
- Maintain familiarity with the content of all menu items available/unavailable, rotating menu items
- maintain familiarity with the content of the games library, retail
- assist customers with drink and food selection
- assist customers with games selection and rules whenever needed/possible
- assist fellow team members when needed
- complete regular opening and closing duties
- follow all systems in place
