Job Requirements
- Ability to work AM, PM, and mid-day shifts
- Availability to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow restaurant standards and procedures
- Flexible and reliable team player
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
- Must be able to provide excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Few years of experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment preferred
- Passion for providing excellent hospitality and service
- Ability to make guests feel welcome and comfortable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow through the development program
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends
- Enjoy working as part of a team
Job Duties
- Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection
- Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs
- Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings
- Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS
- Delivery of food and beverage orders are to standard
- Communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests
- Provide exemplary service to include refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations
- Flexible during shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
