Job Requirements
- Experience in full-service restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication skills

- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Basic math skills for order and payment processing
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of menu items including ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Process payments and manage cash and credit transactions
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of serving areas and dining environment
