Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests warmly and promptly
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service smoothly
- Handle payment transactions accurately and thank guests sincerely for their visit
