Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
- provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
- process payments and operate the point-of-sale system
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
