Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and accurately input guest orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of menu items to answer guest questions and make recommendations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Handle guest concerns and requests efficiently and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station
