Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- make guests feel comfortable and provide personalized service
- inform guests of specials and feature items
- answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services
- take and enter food and beverage orders using point-of-sale system
- deliver orders to guests in a timely manner
- run food orders from pick-up window promptly
- perform side work at start and end of shifts
- maintain clean service areas
- monitor guests to ensure satisfaction
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- pre-bus tables frequently
- prepare bills and present checks to guests
- clean and reset tables
- clean chairs, booths, and carpet
- assist fellow servers
- thank guests and invite them to return
