Job Duties

Welcome guests with a warm smile and seat them comfortably
take precise orders for food and beverages, accurately inputting them into our POS system
deliver orders promptly and accurately to the right tables, ensuring each guest's needs are met
proactively anticipate guests' requirements and provide attentive service throughout their visit
maintain tables impeccably, from setting them up to clearing them efficiently
collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service
handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
enhance the dining experience by recommending menu items and beverages
process payments accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures diligently
uphold stringent safety, sanitation, and food handling standards to ensure a hygienic environment
