Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a warm and memorable dining experience
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of genuine hospitality and professionalism
- Promote and educate guests on menu items and specials
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner
