Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant service preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced work environment
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- A few years of experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment preferred
- Completed or willingness to participate in a full development and training program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent hospitality and guest service
Job Duties
- Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection
- Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs
- Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings
- Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS
- Delivery of food and beverage orders to standard
- Communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests
- Provide exemplary service including refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations
- Be flexible during shifts to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
