Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and deliver genuine hospitality
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly
- Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by anticipating needs
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server station and dining area
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
