Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Gets along great with people
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service
- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients to assist guests
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Process payments and close out tables accurately
