Job Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts
Must comply with all applicable wage laws
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding guest service

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer guest questions
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and addressing any concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions responsibly
