Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
