Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong customer service orientation
ability to work effectively in a team environment
willingness to participate in development and training programs

Job Qualifications

Have a few years of experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment
demonstrate flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends
possess strong teamwork skills
have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
be passionate about providing amazing service and hospitality
complete development program if no prior experience

Job Duties

Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection
know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs
make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings
accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS
deliver food and beverage orders to standard
communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests
provide exemplary service including refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations
be flexible during shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
