- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and the scratch kitchen offerings
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth service
- Uphold the restaurant's standards for hospitality and professionalism
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
