Job Duties
- Greet our guests quickly and efficiently, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Effectively communicate menu items to guests, upsell and promote specials
- Deliver food and beverages to our guests in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any of our guest's concerns or special requests
- Assist fellow Squad members in organizing, cleaning and maintaining dining area
- Bus, sanitize, and set tables
- Communicate and collaborate with Kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management
