Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant service preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

- Have a few years of experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn through development program if needed
- Passion for offering exceptional hospitality
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection
- Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs
- Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings
- Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS
- Delivery of food and beverage orders are to standard
- Communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests
- Provide exemplary service to include refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations
- Flexible during shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
