Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant service preferred but not required
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

  • Have a few years of experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn through development program if needed
  • Passion for offering exceptional hospitality
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection
  • Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs
  • Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings
  • Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS
  • Delivery of food and beverage orders are to standard
  • Communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests
  • Provide exemplary service to include refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations
  • Flexible during shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
