Job Requirements

Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work at a quick pace
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Flexible to work various shift hours

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Ability to follow health and safety standards
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting
Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap
Present menu and answer questions regarding menu items
Be prepared to answer questions about preparation methods and continuous table-side serving concept
Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and communicate special meat requests to Churrasqueiros
Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment
Assist other servers in their areas when appropriate
Complete beginning or closing shift duties
