Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
take accurate food and drink orders from guests
deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction

collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism
process guest payments accurately and efficiently
