Job Requirements
- Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work at a quick pace
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for standing and carrying items
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly verbal greeting
- Pull each guest's chair and place napkin in their lap
- Present menu and answer questions about menu items
- Explain preparation methods and continuous table side serving concept
- Take and serve beverage and dessert orders
- Communicate special meat requests to the Churrasqueiros
- Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment
- Assist other servers when appropriate
- Complete beginning and closing shift duties
