Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum two years experience in fine dining hospitality
  • Availability to consistently work nights, including weekends and holidays
  • Wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge required
  • Knowledge of restaurant POS software
  • Valid California Food Handler's Card
  • Valid ABC Server Permit

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality, provide timely, accurate, detail oriented and friendly service
  • Anticipate guest's needs and respond with a sense of urgency
  • Work with service team to provide an overall exceptional dining experience through attentive service and rapport with our guests
  • Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks, including seasonal changes and specialty menus
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
  • Work with Hosts, Servers and Management to move and set tables as needed
  • Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere
