Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum two years experience in fine dining hospitality
- Availability to consistently work nights, including weekends and holidays
- Wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge required
- Knowledge of restaurant POS software
- Valid California Food Handler's Card
- Valid ABC Server Permit

Job Duties
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality, provide timely, accurate, detail oriented and friendly service
- Anticipate guest's needs and respond with a sense of urgency
- Work with service team to provide an overall exceptional dining experience through attentive service and rapport with our guests
- Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks, including seasonal changes and specialty menus
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
- Work with Hosts, Servers and Management to move and set tables as needed
- Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere
