Full-service restaurant experience preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Positive attitude and ability to get along well with people
Basic math skills for handling payments
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
