Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server or waiter/waitress role preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting
- Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap
- Present menu and answer any questions about the menu items
- Be prepared to explain preparation methods and the continuous table side serving concept
- Take and serve beverage and dessert orders and communicate special meat requests to Churrasqueiros
- Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment
- Assist other servers in their areas when appropriate
- Complete beginning or closing shift duties
