Job Requirements
- Previous experience in travel, preferably business travel
- Understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel
- Native GDS expertise (Sabre)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity and protect traveler information
- Solid understanding of the travel industry
- Ability to resolve customer issues independently
- Team-oriented and open to feedback
- Flexible to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 10 pm ET
- Located in New York, United States

Job Duties
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers
- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations
- Use various Global Distribution Systems, including Sabre
- Communicate effectively with customers over telephone, e-mail, and back-office systems
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing travel expertise and selling additional services
- Work individually and as a team to meet business and account-specific goals
- Maintain adherence to company travel policies and service metrics
