Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business development, brand growth, or portfolio expansion within hospitality
- proven track record of sourcing and closing HMAs or similar agreements
- strong negotiation and presentation skills
- deep industry knowledge
- excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset
- passion for design-forward hospitality and the outdoors is a plus

- strong network of hospitality real estate owners and partners
- strong negotiation and presentation skills
- experience leading complex deal processes
- deep industry knowledge and pulse on key players and trends
- excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset
- passion for design-forward hospitality and the outdoors is a strong plus
Job Duties
- source, negotiate, and close new third-party management agreements, branded affiliations, and other growth-related partnerships
- develop and implement a comprehensive outbound solicitation strategy
- prepare tailored pitch materials, RFP responses, and lead presentations
- represent AutoCamp in external meetings, industry events, and conferences
- build and maintain deep relationships with owners, family offices, private equity firms, lenders, brokers, and consultants
- serve as a primary point of contact for potential partners through agreement and handoff to operations
- lead negotiation of HMAs, term sheets, and partnership agreements
- collaborate with internal finance, operations, and brand teams
- coordinate due diligence, proforma development, and transitions
- conduct market research and stay informed of industry trends and competition
- identify new partnership models and expansion strategies
- provide regular reporting on pipeline and strategic initiatives
