Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years culinary, food and beverage, or related experience
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Culinary Arts or related major with 2 years experience
- Ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage operational budgets
- Availability for full-time work
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Accountable for overall daily kitchen operations
- Lead, manage, and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
- Develop new culinary applications and menu ideas
- Ensure quality control of food presentation and flavor
- Manage kitchen purchasing, receiving, and food storage
- Provide exceptional customer service and coach staff on guest interactions
