As one of six concepts under King's Seafood Company, this family-owned and Southern California-based enterprise has proudly served its communities since 1945. Known for combining exceptional hospitality with fresh, high-quality seafood offerings, King's Fish House delivers an upscale and polished dining environment to its guests. The restaurants feature state-of-the-art open kitchens where culinary craftsmanship takes center stage, ensuring menus reflect the freshest products available daily. Complemented by craft cocktails, an extensive wine list, and a raw bar designed to impress, the ambiance and offerings aim to delight and keep customers returning time and again.

This role promises a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 based on experience, along with a realized bonus. Employees benefit from paid vacation and sick days, dining discounts for themselves and guests, a 401k plan with company match, education reimbursement, and comprehensive insurance plans including medical, dental, vision, life, and even pet healthcare savings account options. As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will take on a leadership position with high standards and clear expectations to become the restaurant’s ambassador and lead the hospitality execution flawlessly. You will be an integral part of the management team, responsible for supporting seamless service and fostering the growth and development of crew members. Your expertise will cover all front-of-house operations, collaborating with the kitchen to ensure that every aspect of quality and service meets the brand’s high standards.
Joining King's Fish House means entering a stable company with a proven track record of cultivating successful operators over the past three decades. New managers receive comprehensive training in financial acumen, quality assurance, daily operations, and leadership. The role offers unique opportunities to explore sophisticated operational systems and to manage a product-focused menu, alongside insights into the innovative processes behind restaurant design and concept development. The career path within the company is flexible and driven by individual goals, with full support and tools provided to help employees ascend to higher leadership levels.
