Job Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate and live on-site
  • Applicants must be at least 25 years old
  • Ability to operate resident shuttle requiring liability insurance
  • Minimum experience in leadership or management roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Experience hiring, training, and managing large teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
  • Budget management and financial analysis skills

  • Passionate about serving seniors

Job Duties

  • Oversee all community operations including sales, budgeting, dining, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, and resident satisfaction
  • Provide hands-on leadership for all teams (Executive Chef, Sales, Lifestyle, Dining, Concierge, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Bus Driver)
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and ensure an exceptional resident experience
  • Lead and support a team of 20+ employees
  • Manage budget and financial analysis
  • Drive full occupancy through sales and marketing efforts
  • Be on-call for support during evenings, weekends, and holidays
