Job Requirements
- Willingness to relocate and live on-site
- Applicants must be at least 25 years old
- Ability to operate resident shuttle requiring liability insurance
- Minimum experience in leadership or management roles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Experience hiring, training, and managing large teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems

Job Duties
- Oversee all community operations including sales, budgeting, dining, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, and resident satisfaction
- Provide hands-on leadership for all teams (Executive Chef, Sales, Lifestyle, Dining, Concierge, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Bus Driver)
- Maintain compliance with company standards and ensure an exceptional resident experience
- Lead and support a team of 20+ employees
- Manage budget and financial analysis
- Drive full occupancy through sales and marketing efforts
- Be on-call for support during evenings, weekends, and holidays
