Job Requirements
- Willingness to relocate and live on-site at the community
- Ability to commit to full-time employment

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in community management or residential services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Relocate and reside on-site at the assigned community
- Provide immediate response and support for resident needs and emergencies
- Manage daily community operations including maintenance coordination and resident relations
- Facilitate communication between residents and management
- Oversee community safety and uphold community standards
- Organize and participate in community events and activities
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to community management
