Job Requirements
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to lift, move, and carry 50+lbs
- Must be able to work 8+ hours a day on feet
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Must be validated on all savory team stations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to maintain quality and consistency under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn and teach others
- Ability to work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Duties
- Maintains the flow of service under company standards regarding ticket times, food quality, plating specs, and guest modifications
- Ensures all orders are to guest satisfaction within company standards
- Ensures all orders are visually appealing
- Completes daily safety and sanitation checks using company tools and systems
- Communicates pertinent information to ensure guest satisfaction
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately
- Maintains good working relationships with other team members including managers and support team members and guests
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Upholds safety and sanitation standards
- Other duties as assigned
