Job Requirements
- must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- minimum three years prior skilled food preparation or service experience
- knowledge and practice of kitchen sanitary control techniques
- ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English
- ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the health system

Job Duties
- perform various food service tasks including meal assembly
- provide service and delivery of meals

- maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness
- train new food service workers
- follow food safety and hygiene protocols
